A large herb roasted turkey which will include two medium sides cornbread dressing, country style green beans, quart of gravy and two dozen rolls. Reheating will be required. Please see the cooking and reheating instructions sheet for cooking and heating times. (Serves 12 to 14 people). If sliced, only the breast and thighs are sliced and the wings and legs whole.
The turkeys are fully cooked and delicious however the meat will have a pink look to it, this is do to the brine and cooking process. We recommend to reheat to 165F. Preheat oven to 350F for about 40-60 minutes, cook times may vary.
